DB issues show cause notice to applicants
PIL seeking ban on Black/Tinted Films

Jammu, Jan 3 (JNF): In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Dr. Davinder Singh Jasrotia, Dr. Tejinder Kumar, Dr. Jang Bhadur Singh, Dr. Harsh Sharma and Dr. Kailash Chander regarding banned on tint/black films on Vehicles, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice JP Singh and Justice Hasnain Massodi today dismissed the applications for non-appearance of the applicants and also issued notice to applicants to show cause as to why they are not proceeded against for violation of Court directions.
Court has also banned the use of curtains in all type of vehicles including Government vehicles. Meanwhile IGP Traffic also appeared in person seeking two months time to implement all the directions issued by the Division Bench.
