Jammu, Jan 3: JKPCC Workers Association held a meeting under the chairmanship of Jagdish Sharma President JKPCC in which members unanimously decided to support the three day strike called by Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) on from Jan 8-10. Speaking in the meeting the president and other members criticized the J&K government for not implementing agreement between JCC & Government. The speakers appealed to all Public Sector Units (PSUs) employees to observe 'Kam Chor hartal' as per the programme and urged them to actively participate in ongoing struggle to get fulfillment of the genuine demands viz enhancement of age from 58 to 60 years, Regularization of Daliy Wagers, Removal of pay anomalies, Budgetary support for Public Sector Undertaking (PSUs,) enhancement of Gratuity as per Act, Release of arrears in favour of PSUs, and implementation of 6th pay commission. Darshan Singh, Rajesh Khajuria, Raman Gupta, Som Raj Chandel, Vinod Hasia, Onkar Sharma, Ashok Sharma and others also spoke on the occasion. |
