Jammu, Jan 3: A housewife made an abortive bid on her life by consuming some poisonous substance at her residence in Kalakote of Rajouri district here today, police sources said.
According to sources identified namely as Ranjana wife of Sarpanch (Sailsuie Halqa) Ranjeet Singh in Kalakote today allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her residence at Kalakote. On noticing her sub conscious state the family members shifted her to the nearby hospital for treatment," police sources said. Initially the reason for taking such an extreme step is not known but concerned police is probing the matter. |
