APSEWF decides to extend support to JCC's call of strike

Jammu, Jan 7: All Public sector Employees and Workers Federation (APSEWF) in a meeting held here today under the leadership of chairman of APSWEF, S Amrik Singh Sasan alongwith President S Surjeet Singh decided to support the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) for three days strike starting from Jan 8. During the meeting the members highlighted pending demands of employees and urged chief Minister Omar Abdullah to fulfill the demands of all PSU's which include implementation of six pay commission to all PSU's, Release of 6th Pay Commission arrears to all PSU's, Enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years, Regularization of all Daily Wager, Consolidated Employees, Give Budgetary Support to all PSU's with proper allocation funds and implementation of Gratuity Act in-toto.
