| Teenager commits suicide | | |

Jammu, Jan 18: A teenage girl committed suicide by hanging herself with ceiling fan at her residence in Trikuta Nagar Locality today, police sources said. Police has registered case under section 174 CrPC in this matter and is investigating the matter.
As per police sources, the girl identified as Neha Sahu (18) daughter of Raj Kumar Sahu was found hanging with ceiling fan. On information, a police team was rushed to the spot i.e. House No 88/7 Trikuat Nagar which took the body under its custody and later shifted the body to GMC Hospital for postmortem.
Meanwhile a case under section 174 CrPC has been registered in this connection and postmortem report is awaited for further investigation. |
