| KWS expresses resentment over Saroori's non-inclusion in Cabinet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT KISHTWAR, Jan 18: A meeting of Kishtwar Welfare Society was held today under the Chairmanship of Abdul Rashid Fida, alias Fida Kishtwari President (KWS). Large number of workers and members have participated and expressed their resentment and anguish for not inducting G M Saroori, MLA Inderwal in the council of Ministers at the time of reshuffle of J&K cabinet. Abdul Rashid Fida in his address said that Saroori who is dynamic and dedicated leader of this area was targeted by conspiracy hatched against him by some vested interested personalities because he was a trust worthy man of Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad. Fida said that the fight between two factions within the party was the main reason behind the exclusion of Saroori from the cabinet. He said that the society hailed the work done by Saroori during his tenure as R & B minister and termed the era as marvelous and not to be ignored in the future. "He is man of dignity with high moral character. His absence in the council of ministers is a great loss to poor people of this backward district" Fida added. The Sarpanchs and Panchs as well as Congress workers of Inderwal constituency have protested in large numbers in Kishtwar against Pradesh Congress President Saif-ud-Din Soz for his negative role played by him against Saroori and demanded his resignation from the post of JKPCC president, besides also demanded probe against the conspirators so that the truth behind non-inclusion of Saroori into cabinet will come out before the people of Inderwal in particular and Kishtwar in general. The meeting was attended by Satish Kumar Sarpanch Begana, Choudhary Noor Din, Bidya Lal Sarpanch Sigdi, Nazir Ahmad Dar, Ravi Kumar, Noor Hussain Sarpanch Hullar, Hamid Bhawani, Rashid Bhawani Sarpanch Sigdi Bhata, Latif Shah Sarpanch Mulchhiter, Tariq Hussain Sarpanch, Noor Din Panch, Iqbal Keen Sarpanch Patnazi, Sewa Ram Sarpanch Tagood, Sudeep Thakur, Farooq Ahmad Sarpanch jawalapur, Ghulam Nabi Wani and Abdul Gani Malik. |
