KATHUA, Jan 31: The Legal Metrology Department, Kathua booked 15 erring traders at Kathua, Lakanpur and Dayala Chak area for violating various provisions of Weight & Measures Act. A fine of Rs 12,000 was realized from the defaulters on the spot. The department has also warned the traders not to deceive the consumers by using unfair trade practices.
