APMCC activists detained during 'Rail Roko' campaign at Porbandar

Porbandar, Feb 9: Fifteen APMCC activists were today detained by Railway Protection Force for stopping Porbandar Delhi Train at Porbandar railway station in protest against central and J&K governments' criminal silence over the demands raised by APMCC for which its chairman Vinod Pandit is on fast unto death which entered into 11th day today.
"A large number of locals in Porbandar, besides the activists of APMCC today organised Rail Roko and stopped Porbandar Delhi train for some time after which railway protection force detained fifteen of our activists but were released on bail later", said King C Bharati, National spokesperson.
Bharati said that the residents of Porbandar alongwith activists of APMCC have called for a complete shutdown tomorrow in Porbandar adding any step would be taken that is needed to wakeup this deaf and dumb government. Besides National Spokesperson of All Parties Migrants Coordination Committee (APMCC) King C Bharati, among others who addressed protestors included Ram Dasa, Bharat Bhai Modi, Sunil Kumar Trakroo, Ganga Bhai, Vishal Singhadia, Mayur Rugani, Jitendera Barara, Kheemji Bhai Motivarsha, Anil Motivarsh and etc. Speaking on the occasion the speakers highlighted demands including Dialogue with Pakistan for facilitating visit to Shardha Peeth Temple in POK, Establishment of Shardha Peeth University in J&K, Probe into the multi-crore temple/shrines land encroachment in Kashmir, Passing of the pending Kashmir Temples and Shrines Bill in J&K Legislative Assembly and etc.
