Kichloo grieved over death of 4 passengers in Saroor accident Announces Rs 1 lakh to NoK of deceased, Rs 10,000 to injured

JAMMU, Apr 12: Minister of State for Home, Industries & commerce and Tourism, Mr. Sajad Ahmad Kichloo has expressed profound grief and shock over the death of 4 passengers in a road accident at Saroor in district Kishtwar.
Mr. Kichloo on hearing about the accident immediately rushed to the spot and supervised the rescue operation. Two seriously injured passengers were airlifted to Medical College Jammu whereas other injured were admitted in local Health institution for treatment.
Mr. Kichloo announced Rs one lakh in favour of next of kin (NoK) of each deceased passenger as ex-gratia relief out of Chief Minister’s relief fund, whereas Rs 10,000 were paid to each injured passenger.
Mr Kichloo has directed the doctors and para-medicos to provide best possible treatment to injured.
In his condolence message, Mr. Kichloo, while conveying his sympathies with the bereaved families prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
