JAMMU: The state cabinet which met here this morning decided to put a ban on the re employment of officials and officers for future in the State administration. The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah.
In this connection the cabinet directed the General Administration Department not to entertain any such proposal and further direct the line Departments also not to submit any such re employment proposal.
The cabinet also approved the promotion of Mr. S. R. Samuel, IPS to Super Time Scale (i)-DIG of Rs. 37,000-67,000, GP 8900 from January 01, 2013. It also approved the promotion of Mr. Udaya Baskar Billa, a 2008 batch IPS officer to Senior Time Scale (PB3) of Rs. 15600-39100, GP 6600 with effect from January 01, 2012. |
