| Omar welcomes reappointment of Vohra as JK Governor | | | SRINAGAR: Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has welcomed the reappointment of N. N. Vohra as Governor of Jammu and Kashmir describing it a positive initiative in the interest of Jammu and Kashmir State.
The Chief Minister in a statement here today highlighted the role of N. N. Vohra as Governor of the State in his first term and said that his advice has always been fruitful and to the best interests of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the State. He expressed the hope that Mr. N. N. Vohra would continue to guide the government during his second term and be instrumental in the goal of achieving permanent peace and prosperity in the State. Omar Abdullah extending good wishes and congratulations to Mr. Vohra for being reappointed as the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir State, also prayed for his good health and well being. |
