Cong leader accuses GM CVPP of corruption 8/1/2013 11:31:42 PM Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Aug 1: Youth Congress leader from Kishtwar, Randeep Thakur has accused the General Manager CVPP DK Dhar of illegal allotments being made in Pakul Dul Hydro Electric Project Kishtwar. As per statement issued Randeep Thakur said that work orders are being doled to those persons who allegedly offer enticement to General Manager Pakul Dul . Cong leader also alleged that land owners of Nagseni whose land was acquired for Pakul Dul Hydro electric project are being ignored by the present General Manager. He said that Dhar though hasbeen transferred many times but every time he manages to modify his transfer orders.
