| Krishna Nagar residents demand zebra crossing at Canal road | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 1: The residents of Mohalla Krishna Nagar urged the Traffic authorities to make for Zebra Crossing at Canal Road especially opposite to GGM Science College/Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Canal Road.
The residents said they have to wait for a long time to cross the road due to heavy rush of vehicles. They appealed Traffic Department to look into the matter so that students may not get late to reach.
The residents also urged the Jammu Municipal Corporation to reconstruct the footpaths on both sides of the Canal Road as the same have been damaged at many places and mostly seem to have been covered by the shopkeepers. |
