Jammu, Sep 1: Yog guru swami Ramdev endorsed the struggle of Panun Kashmir for the cause of displaced Kashmiri Pandits and offered his all support of Patanjali Yog-peeth to the just cause of internally displaced Hindus of Kashmir.
According to press release, after hearing one and half hour articulation by Dr Agnishekhar, founder convener Panun Kashmir on 'Kashmir and its real perspective' before a huge audience at Hardwar recently, swami Ramdev appreciated the concerns and position of Panun Kashmir on the functioning of Indian state and other democratic institutions with regard to ongoing secessionism and jihadi terrorism and its implications on unity, integrity and sovereignty of India.
Swami Ramdev while complimenting Kashmiri Pandits for their immense contribution to Indian culture and civilization in terms of aesthetics, poetics, history, philosophical discourse, spread of Buddhism across central Asia, China, Tibet and other south Asian countries, expressed his surprise and dismay over the continued apathy and neglect shown towards them by state and central govts since their forced exile from their millennia old homeland Kashmir in 1990.
In his worldwide telecast swami Ramdev wished this truth about Kashmir was known to whole country and the world. Hailing the continued efforts of Panun Kashmir convener Dr Agnishekhar and his family in particular and all activists across the nation in general for tirelessly pioneering this national cause, swami Ramdev held over six decade congress rule of this country squarely responsible for the whole mess of things regarding Kashmir besides scores of recent scams, loot ,corruption and depression in the country.
Terming the current political as well as financial situation in the country as fraught with grave consequences, Swami Ramdev appealed to the countrymen to be vigilant more than ever against the functioning of UPA govt.Commenting on the presentation of Dr Agnishekhar regarding the untold sufferings of recently victimised minorities of Kishtwar and denial of rights of lacs of refugees from POK and west Pakistan in Jammu, swami Ramdev said it's yet another eye opener how our politicians have no sympathy for their own countrymen. |
