NSF to launch state-wide membership drive 9/1/2013 11:36:14 PM Jammu, Sept 1: National Secular Forum today announced a state-wide membership campaign under "Yuva Sadasya - Abhiyan", which will be launched from September 9, and will conclude on October 9.
