Jammu, Oct 25: A Soft Toy Making Programme conducted by SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI-RSETI) Jammu concludes at Bantalab, Jammu, in which 14 women candidates from different parts of Jammu participated. On valedictory occasion certificates of participation were distributed by Ritu Mahajan Deputy Director Employment & Counseling, Jammu. In her address Mahajan asked participants for taking Self Employment and take maximum advantage of various State Government self employment Schemes. Lead District Manager, R L Loachan also interacted with the trainees and appreciated good work done by them. Director, RSETI, Virender Kumar Sood maintained that many training programmes would be covered depending upon local requirements and programmes like -Cutting & Tailoring, AC & Refrigeration, Electrical Home Appliance, Computer Basics, Soft Toys Making, Beauty Parlor Management, Computer Hardware & DTP etc. will be conducted for making youth to become self reliant. He also informed that during the training free food and accommodation is also made available for unemployed youth. In the end O P Gupta, Counselor Financial Literacy Centre, Jammu presented vote of thanks. |
