Jonathan Monetnat from Australia calls on VC JU

Jammu, Oct 25: Jonathan Montenat from Australia and Rachna Sharma from Sahaja Yoga Jammu Chapter today called on Prof. Mohan Paul Singh Ishar, Vice-Chancellor University of Jammu.
Jonathan gave an overview of Sehaja Yoga, spread across 120 countries. While sharing his experience and technique of Sahaja Yoga, Jonathan said that it supplements in relaxation, peace of mind and spirituality.
Jonathan had come to the University on the invitation of Dr. D.L. Chowdhary, Director Yoga Centre to deliver the series of lectures to the students undergoing Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from the University of Jammu.
The Vice-Chancellor complimented Jonathan and said that Sahaja Yoga should be based on the scientific evidence to help it to sustain. He further said that the mystery surrounding the Yoga should demystify rather than mystify.
Prof Ishar also shared his innovative thoughts with regard to Sahaja Yoga and other Indian system of Medicine.
Among others present include Vinay Thusoo, PRO to Vice-Chancellor, Sita Anand & Rakhi Maini, Liaison Officer,GZAC.
