PDA organizes meeting 10/25/2013 10:14:21 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Oct 25: A public darbar and official meeting organized by Patnitop Development Authority (PDA) was held at Mantalai Ashram at Sudhmahadev under the chairmanship of Krishan Chander Bhagat MLA Chenani, which was also attended by several officers. Krishan Chander Bhagat MLA inaugurated the black topping work of the road around the Mantalai Ashram. Speaking on the occasion KC Bhagat said that he was committed to make Chenani Ghordi constituency as Model constituency.
