Govt invites objections/suggestions on draft policy on 'poison possession/sale' 10/25/2013 10:24:28 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Srinagar, Oct 25 : Jammu and Kashmir State Home Department has sought objections/ suggestions from interested persons on the draft Jammu and Kashmir Poison Possession and Sale Rules, 2013. In a statement issued here today, pursuant to the directions of Supreme Court, passed in Writ Petition (Crl) No.129 of 2006 titled Laxmi Vs Union of India and others, the State Home Department in consultation with the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has drafted the Jammu and Kashmir Poison Possession and Sale Rules, 2013. "The draft rules have been uploaded on the website of the Home Department www.jkhome.nic.in for information of the general public.
