| JAMMU, Nov 16: Parivartan, an NGO, in association with Directorate of Indian System of Medicines (ISM), ZMO, Domana organized a mega free medical camp at Government Middle School, Domana here. This camp was organized by the department with the active support of Parivartan, NGO for the benefit of the children of this remote area. More than 50 students of the school took advantage of this opportunity. The team of specialists and staff included Dr Jitender Kumar, Zone Medical Officer (ISM) Ramesh Kumar Senior Pharmacist, Baint Kour FMPHW and Anju Bala FMPHW (NRHM) provided their valuable services to the students of the school. Speaking on the occasion, Headmistress of the school, Nirija Thakur, hailed the initiative taken by the Chairman, Parivartan, Vikas Sharma for organizing free medical treatment camp during which the free medical treatment and free medicines were provided to the students of the school. Addressing the gathering, Chairman, Parivartan, Vikas Sharma said that their NGO is committed to provide best health and education facilities to the people as well as the children. |
