| Court directs police to register FIR against two including an IAS officer's wife | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 16: An IAS officer came under scanner when a local court directed the concerned police to lodge FIR against two persons including IAS Officer's wife for allegedly encroaching a piece of land at Bathindi, sources said. As per sources, the court directions were forwarded to the SSP Jammu by the court today in response to petition from one Mohd Sadiq of Trikuta Nagar who had lodged complaint against one Gulzabeen, wife of IAS officer presently posted in Jammu in a top chair and one Ghulam Rasool Khan for submitting fake revenue documents to the PHE department to usurp flats constructed on one Kanal piece of land at Sunjwan area. Sources said that complainant in his complaint has alleged that he has constructed flats on a land measuring one kanal and 14 marlas under khasra no 36 situated at Sunjwan and is possession of valid documents of the said property which Gulzabeen claimed of the same which made the subject subjudiced. Complainant in his petition has alleged that in a bid to show possession of said land spread, the wife of IAS officer in connivance of another person (Ghulam Rasool Khan) managed water connection in flats by providing fake revenue documents. Based on the complaint, court directed SSP Jammu to lodge FIR under section 420 RPC against two including the wife of IAS officer and accordingly the case was forwarded to Trikuta Nagar police station for further legal action. |
