Jammu, Nov 16: To discuss female representation and discrimination being faced on gender basis, a meeting of women workers of Pradesh Mahila Congress worker was organized at village Bajalta, which was presided over by president Indu Pawar.
Speaking on the occasion Pawar assured workers that Mahila Workers associated with Congress had nothing to fear as policy of Congress party are very clear and it has always stood for empowerment of women and also assured reservation for women.
She impressed on the workers to maintain person to person contact with workers and help the needy i.e. who are not being heard by bringing their problems to the authorities for redressal. |
