KATHUA, Nov 16: District Advisory Committee on Youth Programmes of Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) has decided to organize theme based awareness and education programme for rural youth to enhance their capabilities and in addressing the issues of youth development and social welfare.
The decision was taken in the meeting of the Committee on NYK held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Kathua Jatindra Singh.
In this regard, NYK Kathua organized a theme based Awareness and Education Programmes for Youth of Hiranagar Block at Amar National Higher Secondary School, Marheen.
In this programme, officer from following department delivered lectures on the topics: Save Girl Child, psychological problems of teen/youth and prevention of common diseases. |
