PYC celebrates Pt Mangat Ram's birthday 11/17/2013 11:28:38 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 17: Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) celebrated the 81st birthday of veteran Congress leader and former Dy Chief Minister Pt Mangat Ram Sharma here today at Jammu Club. Ex- General Secretary, PYC Rajesh Sharma, who organized the function, while speaking on the occasion highlighted the achievements of Pt Mangat Ram and lauded his contribution for the party and the people of Jammu and Kashmir. On the occasion, a huge cake was also served among the party leaders and guests. They also prayed for long and healthy life of Pt Mangat Ram.
