| Jodhamal School holds science exhibition | | | Jammu, Dec 15: Jodhamal Public School today celebrated its senior section 9th annual day 'Rendezvous' in its flourishing school premises. According to press release, minister for planning and development and labour and employment Ajay Sadhotra was the chief guest and ADGP Shiv M Sahai was the guest of honour. The young Einsteins and Curies of science and environment clubs of Jodhamal public school displayed a many wondering models related to various aspects of space and environment. The purpose of this science exhibition was to produce a platform to creative and innovative students. The highlight of exhibition was floating solar system and the ISRO Shim Hirakata complex and also the Himalayan glaciers along with the indo-gangetic plains were displayed in 3-D contours. Nandan Kuthiala trustee of school addressed the auguste gathering with his future visions. The school orchestra under the able guidance of music department enthralled the audience followed by proud winner group of Bharat Vikas Parishad who topped and brought laurels for Jammu and Kashmir. The main highlight of the day which enthralled the parents was the dance item Vandana which was a blissful journey of spirituality. Children of class displayed a Russian Dance which was foot tapping number. Dandiya in an International style was presented by students. |
