 Jammu, Dec15: A new book store 'Green Book Centre' was opened today in Gujjar Nagar area of Jammu. The store was inaugurated by Auqaf Administrator, Raj Mohammad Malik, who was chief guest on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Raj Mohammad Malik appreciated Fareed Ahmed, owner of the store for opening book centre in Jammu city. He said that the books are very important medium to aware masses especially upcoming generation about laws religions and other important aspects of life. He appealed youths to avail the benefit of books available in the book center. Owner of Green Book Center, Fareed Ahmed said that the book centre contains number of books on different topics like Islamic literature, Quran-o-Hadith, Law books, Encyclopedia and others.
He said that the motive of opening book centre was to providing facilities to students. He said that everyone can purchase books on cheap price which were available in the book centre.
Among others present on the occasion were, Mufti Mohammad Tahir Nadri, Dr. Shabir Matto, Shafiq-ur-Rehman, Prof. Shahnawaz, Ab. Karim Nadwi, Ghulam Nabi Faridabadi.
