ABVP constitutes new unit for RS Pura 12/19/2013 9:23:34 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 19:Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) today constituted its RS Pura unit. The newly formed unit was declared in the presence of ABVP National Vice President Dr. Narinder Singh Raina and ABVP State Joint Secretary Balbir Singh. Raj Sharma was nominated as President while Vishal Chib, Anshil Kumar, Shubham Sehgal and Sandeep Sharma were chosen as Vice Presidents.
