Burn victim succumbs 12/18/2013 10:50:00 PM Jammu, Dec 18 : A 17 year-old girl who received burns and was undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital GMC&H today succumbed. The deceased has been identified as Suman Devi (17) daughter of Parshotam Lal of Nowshera. Police said that Suman received burns on 11 December when her clothes caught fire while she was lighting a lamp in her house. Police further said that doctors declared that she had 90 percent burns on her body and today during treatment she failed to respond the treatment. Meanwhile, a 15 year-old youth identified as Harish son of Panch Ram of Chhattisgarh presently at Vijaypur received burn injuries at her residence.
