3 yrs RI awarded in minor's abduction case 12/19/2013 9:24:18 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 19 (JNF) : 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu today awarded three years rigorous imprisonment and fine Rs 2000/- to accused Madhur Singh of Uttar Pradesh (UP) who was facing trial in kidnapping of minor girl. After hearing APP GS Charak appearing for the state, 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Sanjeev Gupta observed that prosecution has succeeded to prove the charge of kidnapping against the accused and accused is convicted u/s 363 RPC (kidnapping of minor) and awarded three years RI and fine Rs 2000/- to the accused. According to the police case that the father of prosecutrix lodged a missing report that his daughter age (14) left to visit her friend but did not return back in the evening and frantic search of her daughter turned futile later on the direction of CJM Jammu FIR u/s 363 was registered.
