JKNTUF to stage protest on December 21

Jammu, Dec 19 : JK National Trade Union Front (JKNTUF) today said that they stage a protest demonstration on December 21 against failure of state government to implement the agreement signed in between the Govt, and JCC Leadership despite written assurances on 15th Sept., 2011, 8th July, 2012 and a daylong dialogue with the Cabinet Sub-Committee on 27th Sept., 2013 by the JCC, that the demands will be considered before 15 Dec.,. 2013. The front will organize massive protest/ demonstration throughout J&K State on 21st Dec, 2013 at all the District Head Quarters to press the state govt, for immediate implementation of the agreement viz Regularization Policy for Casual Labours, Need Base Workers of various departments who have been engaged after 1994, enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years, removal of pay anomalies of various categories, release of 10% due DA Installment from July, 2013, Change of Designation of Helpers of various department as per the Cabinet Decision of 2008, Release of pending wages of PWD Casual Labours of Samba Division and various Division of PHE Department, he said.
