Jammu, Dec 19: Jammu Tourist Trade People Federation (JTTPF) and Bhagya Laxmi Charitable Trust (BLCT) today organized a training and awareness programme on Education and Employment being run by State and Centre government in association with Central Board for Workers Education (CBWE) Jammu in the premises of Guru Ravi Dass Mandir Kanji House Upper Gumat, Jammu. On this occasion Programme Officer, CBWE S.A. Niazi briefed atleast 40 unemployed candidates about benefits of different schemes of different department like Horticulture, Social Welfare and other women related schemes. Tandav Sharma (Horticulture Deptt), Sohan Lal (Election Commission), Meenu Padha (Law Student JU) also spoke on various topics related to the facts and figures of the state as well as centre government about the self help groups. Earlier BJP State Secretary Munish Sharma alongwith BJP Senior leader Bansi Lal Bharti inaugurated the programme and also lauded the initiative to make people aware about Self Help Groups and termed it as social cause. They asked people to get benefit from the schemes for their livelihood. Speakers lauded the initiative undertaken jointly by JTTPF President Mahesh Padha, BLCT Chairman Ashwani Kumar Sharma and others for taking initiative in favour of poor peoples. A monetary stipend was also presented to candidates as an encouragement to participants. Sachin Gupta, Sunil Kumar, Sonu Kumar, Munna Kumar, Akash Sharma, Anil and other were present in the function. |
