PYC hails increase of cap on subsidized gas cylinders 1/31/2014 10:23:22 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT KATHUA, Jan 31: Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) has welcomed Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs' (CCEA) decision of increasing the number of subsidized Gas cylinders from 9 to 12 in a year. In a press statement issued here today, Advocate Ajatshatru Sharma LYC General Secretary and Former District President Youth Congress Kathua said this is possible due to the strong projection of the demand of increasing Gas cylinders from 9 to 12 during the recent AICC session in New Delhi before the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The additional three gas cylinders is a new year's gift to the people of the country by AICC Vice President Rahul Gandhi, Sharma said.
