| SRTC employees take out protest | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 31: SRTC employees under the banner of All J&K SRTC Volunteer Retired Employees Association today took out a protest rally in favour of their long pending demands.
A large number of SRTC employees assembled at Press Club Jammu and then led by their leader Dev Raj Bali marched towards Civil Secretariat, raising slogans against J&K Government but in route they were intercepted by the police.
The demands included not clearing of COLA, implementation of 6th pay commission and ex-gratia grant.
They also appealed Finance Minister to come to their rescue and resolve their problems. |
