Jammu, Jan 31 (JNF): Sub Registrar Jammu Khem Raj Sharma rejected the bail application of eight notorious thieves who allegedly are involved in so many thefts including much hyped ATM Machine Theft case. The Court rejected bail plea of eight accused namely Kala, Lohu, Bagh Ali, Hussain Ali @ Mangal, Lalu, Hanif, Zakir and Saaru who are notorious thieves. Sub Registrar Khem Raj Sharma after hearing CPO Sanjay Kohli for the state, observed that in the instant case the act of accused persons no doubt create a psychological fear in the area which is evidence from the statements of the complainant and other witnesses and with these observations the bail application of the accused was rejected. |
