Jammu, Jan 31: People Democratic Party (PDP) held a protest at Kachi Chawni, against the private school managements for high admission fee, monthly fee, charges of uniform, school dairies & etc in which govt is totally failed to control on these institutions in all aspects.
Led by Vikram Singh (Distt Vice President) and others leaders of party the protestors protested against the private school authorities for private school managements for high admission fee, monthly fee, charges of uniform, school dairies & etc in which govt is totally failed to control on these institutions in all aspects.
Vikram Singh said that the private schools in J&K are charging a high admission fees in the name of Admission fees (Renovation of Building, Annual Charges etc.) every year from the same student and its charged every year without any reason.
"The Private Schools also opened their business in the school by providing school uniforms, School Bags, School Books, Pencils, Sharpners, School Shoes, sports kits to fleece parents of the students, he alleged. Chaman Angral, Sachin Sharma, Girish Sharma and Pankaj Gupta speaking on this occasion demanded reservation up to 25% for minorities' students in Private Schools and early measures to check the hike in admission fee & school fee. |
