HC keeps 75 promotions as AEE PDD in abeyance 1/31/2014 11:14:32 PM Et Report Jammu, Jan 31 (JNF): Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir of state High Court today has ordered that the promotions of 75 as Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers PDD shall remain in abeyance. Justice Mohd Yaqoob Mir after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to State and 75 promotes returnable within four weeks and observed that the grievances of the petitioner is that he senior to all these promotes and the petitioner has to work under them, which is unwarranted and questioned why the respondents are not stopping promotions in Incharge basis. Court also asked why the process of regular promotion is not initiated and ordered that state to file objections and placed the position of 75 private respondents as Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers in terms of Govt order 292-PDD in abeyance.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
