JAMMU, Feb 27: A Business Tech Fest "Spardha 14” was organized by the Institute of Management Sciences(IMS) here today.
Prof Desh Bandhu Gupta, Director Colleges Development Council, Unversity of Jammu was the chief guest, while Prof Ashok Aima, Head, Department of HRM, Central University, Jammu, Annil Suri, president Bari Brahmana Industrial Association and Prof M R Rana, ex Prof University of Jammu were the guests of honour.
The function began with Saraswati Vandana by the students of IMS followed by the lighting of the lamp by the chief guest and other dignitaries. Er- Vidhi S Singh, chairman-IMS welcomed all the distinguished dignitaries and highlighted the achievement of IMS.
The students of IMS presented colourful thematic and spectacular stage performances, which attracted huge appreciation and applaud from jubilant audiences.
In Business quiz, IMS scored first position while the Business School, University of Jammu got second position, in Ad Mad show IMS got first position while the Business School, University of Jammu got second position. In launch a Product and Stock Market Gurus, IMS was declared winners. In IT quiz, Department of Computer Sciences and IT, University of Jammu scored first position while IMS got second position.
In web design, IMS scored first position while Department of Computer Science and IT, University of Jammu got second position. In Project Presentation, Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering and Technology scored first position while MIET second position.
In Computer Gaming IMS scored first position while Department of Computer Sciences and IT, University of Jammu got second position.
IMS was adjusted the overall outstanding winners team of the event Business Tech-Fesh Spardha 2014.
Later prizes and certificates were presented to the winners by Er Vidhi S Singh, chairman-IMS. |
