Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Chief Secretary, Commissioner/Secretary Law Dept, Registrar General J&K High Court, Commissioner/Secretary & Director Social Welfare Dept and Public Service Commission returnable within four weeks and in the meanwhile subject to objections from the other side and also directed that Public Service Commission to reserve one post of Munsiff pursuant to the notification NO PSC/Exam/2013/111 dated December 24, 2013.(JNF) |
