Jammu, Mar 12: Police today claimed to have arrested an absconder involved in two criminal cases evading his arrest for last one year from Bishnah locality, police said. The accused after his arrest was produced in court of law for further action.
Police said the accused has been identified namely as Maskeen Ali of Mahmoodpur Bishnah. "Following specific information about movement of the absconder from its reliable sources, the team from Bishnah Police Station conducted raid on his hide out and nabbed the accused here on Wednesday, police said. Police said that Maskeen was involved in two cases, FIR No 155/13 under sections 341, 323, 382/34 and case FIR No. 6/14 under sections S 395 and 201 of RPC of police station Bishnah. He was evading his arrest, soon after his arrest Police produced him in the court of law for further legal action. |
