Land Encroachment: Patwari, Girdawar suspended in Samba 3/12/2014 11:27:37 PM Early Times Report Samba, Mar 12: District administration, Samba today placed two revenue officials i.e. Patwari and Girdawar, under suspension over their alleged collusive involvement in encroachment of state land in Birpur of Samba district. "Patwari Suram Singh of Patwar Halqa Birpur-I and Girdawar Susheel Kumar have been placed under suspension, an official said. Official also said that after getting reports that State Land is being encroached at Khasra no 79 at Birpur, the district administration directed both Tehsildar Samba and Tehsildar (Settlement) Vijaypur to visit the spot to give factual report regarding encroachment of the Government Land in the area. "Subsequently Assistant Commissioner (Rev) was nominated as enquiry officer and after seeking the detailed report from both the tehsildars, he said and added, "it has been established that the state land is encroached with the collusive involvement of Patwari and Girdawar were placed under suspension.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
