Jammu, Mar 23: Mahajan Sabha Trikuta Nagar today celebrated the 124th birth anniversary of Justice Mehar Chand Mahajan at Mehar Chand Mahajan Park here today.
The function was presided over by Dina Nath Mahajan, President Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha (Delhi) and Vijay Gupta, Vinod Mahajan, Harinder Gupta whereas Kailash Langar was presented as Special guest on the occasion.
Renowned Dogri singher Jeevan Sharma enthralled the audience with his popular Dogri songs. On the occasion various members of the Gupta community who have excelled in different fields of excellence were also felicitated for rendering their services to the society.
Later on some members of the community who qualified KAS, CA exams and couple who solemnized marriages without dowry during the year 2013-14 were also felicitated. |
