| Babu Singh extends support to Azad | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Mar 23: Welcoming the Congress High Command's decision to field Gulam Nabi Azad as its candidate from Udhampur Parliamentary constituency, ex-Power Minister Babu Singh has declared its full support to him in coming Lok Sabha election.
While speaking to media persons Babu Singh said that Azad's nomination will add to the 'strong bond' between three regions of Jammu and Kashmir and can give an effective representation in Parliament.
He further said that the ensuing Parliamentary elections especially in Jammu province will be a battle between communal and secular forces.
"And as in past we are confident that secularism as always in the past will succeed and defeat all divisive and communal elements," he claimed.
Azad will have a convincing victory in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections and it will be called a historical win. |
