RS Pura, Mar 23 : Hitting the campaign trail for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat, Minister for Public Health Engineering (PHE) Sham Lal Sharma today sought votes from the people as reward for the development by coalition government in the state."If you are happy with the development work of coalition government, vote us as a reward," Sham told a gathering organized by the National Conference leaders in Jindar Melu area of RS Pura Constituency. The poll is scheduled on April 10 and caste vote for a equitable change.
In his address, Sham Lal criticized the BJP MLA for his incompetence to take any developmental initiative. The minister said that the BJP headed constituencies have not witnessed any progress as leaders are incompetent to mitigate the sufferings of the people. He said "coalition with the backing of UPA government bettered the environment in the state to pave way for development."In a veiled attack on rival BJP, the fire band Congress face Sham Lal said, "Some people are feeling bad about the positive changes in the state and urged the voters not to let the momentum of growth be disrupted.
