Exhibition cum Kisaan Mela held at Palmar Kishtwar 3/23/2014 11:39:18 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Mar 23 : To keep pace with the modern technology in agriculture and providing first hand information regarding various schemes, an Exhibition cum Kissan mela was today organized at Palmar area of Kishtwar district by the Department of Agriculture .
