Navin Choudhary appointed as Jt Secy in MoD 4/12/2014 11:40:33 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 12: Navin Kumar Choudhary, IAS (JK:94) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India. As per Government Order No.407-GAD of 2014 Dated:11/04/2014, "consequent upon the appointment of Navin Kumar Choudhary, IAS (JK:94) to the post of Joint Secretary in the Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, and the posting of Rakesh Kumar Gupta, IAS(JK:86) as Principal Secretary to the Governor.
