Early Times report Jammu, May 7: Taking strong exception of hardliner separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani for his bickering against Patron Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mufti Mohd Sayeed, the International Human Rights Protection Council (IHRPC), Jammu, suggested Geelani to be cautious before making any misleading remark to anyone. President, IHRPC, Jammu, in his statement issued today in Jammu suggested Mr Geelani to weigh his words before making any remark to any individual. "He (Mr Geelani) being an Indian national gets pension, security and other medical facilities to the maximum level from Indian exchequer needs to be careful not to agitate the people, he stated, adding, "He should lead the people within the Constitution of India instead inciting them for violence and revolt to generate terror, chaos." Referring to recent tirade of Geelani against Mufti Sayeed, IHRPC president , stated, "Geelani admonished PDP leader Mufti Mohd. Syed former Home Minister of India, with a remark of being a staunch Indian and a wicked politician by rejecting his realistic statement for the solution of the so called Kashmir issue within Indian Constitution." "Pak-stipendiary Geelani sermons that Kashmir is an international dispute, which may be resolved internationally, but he forgets that Pakistan spurned away that UN plebiscite resolution deliberately, evaded to restore the situation and remained reluctant to withdraw its forces vide resolution, which was conditional and not for ever, IHRPC leader added. It (Kashmir) is now a closed and dead issue, which cannot be reopened, he underlined and added that Pakistan is bound to resolve any difference under Simla Agreement bilaterally."
