Early Times Report Jammu, May 18: A large number of BJP workers and supporters of ward no. 47, Bahu Fort, Jammu area, led by BJP State Convenor, Training Cell BJP, Kr. Rajeev Charak took out a celebratory procession on party's victory in Lok Sabha election. They raised slogans in favour of Narendra Modi and BJP and dancing en-route with great exuberance and abandon. Identifying with and sharing their joy general public also participated in the celebrations. While speaking on the occasion Kr. Rajeev Charak said that era of scams, corruption, nepotism and uninterrupted price-rise of past 10 years are going to be history and the election results shall be ushering in a new clean and people-friendly administration. He said that in spite of the very scurrilous and un-temperate utterances of the Congress big wigs and ministers, the public did not get swayed and voted for development plank of BJP and against the corruption of UPA government. The election results have shown that Indian electorate is wise and mature and knows how to operate the democratic setup in the country to advance the interests of the public and the nation. On the occasion, BJP Leader Sohan Verma had setup stall for distributing halwa among the party activists and the general public. |
