"The accused will fully cooperate with police and will not temper with evidence in any manner. He shall be deemed to be in custody of police for the purpose of any recovery to be effected on his disclosure." The accused, court said, shall not jump over the concession of the bail or influence the prosecution witness or temper with the evidence and attend the court on each and every hearing. "If the accused fails to comply with the conditions, in that eventuality the prosecution shall be at liberty to approach the court for cancellation of bail," the court said. Meanwhile, a statement by DAK termed detention of Dr Nisar during emergency duty as worst form of "human rights abuse". This unlawful act by police is safe to conclude that Kashmir is a police state and police state is a lawlessness state The association also demanded that police should be removed from hospitals as they "harass and threaten doctors which affects patient care." DAK, the statement said, will file a petition tomorrow through its counsel before State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) to take cognizance of arrest of Dr Nisar-ul-Hassan. |
