Jammu, May 22 : In a petition filed by Zaki Haider and Ors who are Masters by profession seeking directions to the respondents to implement the transfer policy dated July 28, 2010 because the petitioner are working on the present place of posting more than eight years.
Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv SK Puri for the petitioners disposed of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner as prayed in the petition, but strictly under rules and having regard to the Govt order No 861-GAD dated July 28, 2010 and pass consideration order within a period six weeks. |
