Court directs respondents to consider case of petitioners

Jammu, May 29 : In a petition filed by Bench Secretaries of Judges of High Court seeking direction for accord of framing their services rules, enhancements of salaries as per the resolution of the Apex Court adopted in the Chief Justice Conference in the year 2002 including grant of benefit of SRO 386 and creation of few additional posts, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Joginder Singh petitioner in person granted four weeks' time to respondents for filling response to the petition. Meanwhile Court directed that respondents are at liberty to consider the case of the petitioners as contended in the petition.
